Summer in the Psalms
Help your people take Pastor Sartarelli’s challenge to read through the book of Psalms this summer. I’ve attached a pdf that divides it up. It is the same one being handed out at our Welcome Centers.
Let’s reminds ourselves why you want to encourage your people to read their Bible.
- The Bible illuminates our path.
- The Psalms are so real, so raw with emotion…much like many of our lives.
- Systematic reading of the Bible put us into sections we don’t normally read. We therefore get a more thorough knowledge of what the Lord desires for us.
- Following along on your own with the preaching schedule reinforces what God is telling you.
