NT reading for June 5th

Wouldn’t it be great to rid ourselves of all the bad stuff the church has become and return to a simpler, more pure church? Wouldn’t that be the first century church?

This week we find out it wasn’t so pretty for the early church. The church in Corinth was a mess. People were suing each other, another was in adulteress relationship within their own family, rivalry. Wow what a place to be.

Watch for the Apostle Paul’s handling of these huge issues within the church.

June 6th — 1 Corinthians 2

June 7th — 1 Corinthians 3

June 8th — 1 Corinthians 4

June 9th — 1 Corinthians 5

June 10th — 1 Corinthians 6
